I decided I needed slip-on heels that weren’t too high, too formal, or too elaborate.
Thing is, I actually don’t have a plain pair of black heels for presentations because I always get distracted by the prettier, brighter coloured shoes. Jingzhong complains of this all the time. His argument, when I want to buy shoes, is always ‘You don’t even have a decent pair of black heels for presentations!’ Which, unfortunately, always works in deterring me from buying shoes. Anyway, I got these shoes because I thought they looked cute, with the heart and everything. I got them in Malaysia at only S$12 or something. I like them because they’re pretty simple but not as informal as flip flops!
